4. In-Game Chat Data (Text-Only)

  • Private friend-to-friend messages (no global chat channels).
  • Chat logs are stored for moderation and safety.

5. Purchase & Payment Data

  • Items bought, transaction timestamps, masked payment-method details (processed by Stripe).

6. Support Interactions

  • Information you provide when you contact support.

How We Use Your Information

  • Operate and maintain the Services.
  • Process purchases and deliver digital goods.
  • Authenticate logins and protect player accounts.
  • Run automated text-filtering and player-report systems to detect foul language, cheating, or Terms-of-Service violations (no live human moderators).
  • Analyze aggregated gameplay data to balance and improve the game.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or marketing.

  • Other Players: your username and chat messages are visible to friends you add.
  • Legal & Safety: disclosed when required by law or to protect players or the public.
  • Business Transfers: data may transfer in a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
  • With Your Consent: any additional sharing requires your explicit approval.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including:

  • Bcrypt-hashed passwords with a unique salt and a strong cost factor.
  • Firewalls, access controls, and regular security audits.
  • Payment card data handled exclusively by PCI-certified Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

The Services are intended for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Chat & Community Moderation

  • Text chat is available only between users who mutually add each other as friends.
  • Automated filters flag profanity, hate speech, or harassment. Players can also report messages.
  • Violations may lead to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
  • Please avoid sharing personal information in chat; messages are stored for moderation.
